What is Membership?

Cannabis Exchange Program and Rules Overview

Welcome to the CLUB PIT BULL.  You are welcome to join us for fun, education, or just to have a safe place to meet with others.

The CLUB PIT BULL is open only to those in the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program.  You must possess a current OMMP card as a Patient, Caregiver or Person Responsible for the Grow.

Meds- You may obtain medicine at the Café bar. You may not engage in any transactions outside of those described here. Medicine includes smoke, candy, cookies, lotions, potions, and much more.

To Exchange Medicine You Must Become A Member:

Notice:  To exchange medicine you the Patient or Caregiver if you are immobile, AND your grower must BOTH be members. Only Growers and their Patients can participate.

Producers (patients and growers with excess):

You and at least ONE of your patients must be a member before you can utilize our services.  Both Patient and Producer must be members prior to any exchange.

Patients:

You and your grower must be a member before you can utilize our services.  Both Patient and Producer must be members prior to any exchange. If you are your own grower, you’re in. By adding your Caregiver and Grower to the membership form you are explicitly agreeing to allow them to participate in the exchange program as well.

Process:

Medicine will be exchanged for Reimbursement costs only.  All exchanges will be done by a qualified Bud Tender from CLUB PIT BULL. No patient or grower may conduct any exchanges and failure to abide by these rules is grounds for immediate termination of Membership.

Medicines to be exchanged shall be checked in by the patient/grower immediately and upon entry to CLUB PIT BULL Bud Tender as pre-arranged by Club.  Product shall be weighed, graded and assessed for quality by CLUB PIT BULL qualified agent.  Patient Grower will sign release and reimbursement statement showing the total amount of product and reimbursement cost.

Patients may purchase products for reimbursement costs to the grower only through CLUB PIT BULL Bud tender. Patients may bring their own and/or leave with exchanged products.

Reimbursement costs only for product will be paid to the patient grower in accordance with the Grower Reimbursement Statement.

A Bud Bar will be available to club members listing products, producer information, quality and cost.
